(Hamur daha koyu yada daha sivi olursa . duruma göre biraz daha su ekleyelim yada bir miktar daha unu soguk su ile karistirip, hamura ekleyelim.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Soguk su ile islattigimiz bir tepsiye sicak hamuru dökelim. Hamur tepsinin seklini aldiktan sonra soguk bir yere koyalim. Hamur yencegi zaman buz gibi soguk olmali.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;Corbanin Hazirlanisi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3 adet tavuk budunu haslayalim. Kenarda bekletelim, sogusun. Soguyan etleri tiftik tiftik ufalayalim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Büyük bir tencereye 2 kasik tereyagini alip eritelim, icine unu ekleyip hafifce kavuralim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Salcalarinida ekleyip azicik kavurduktan sonra bir miktar soguk su ve hasladigimiz tavugun suyunu ekleyelim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Su kaynadiktan sonra minik minik ettigimiz tavuk parcalarinida tencereye koyalim. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;15 dakika kadar daha kaynatabiliriz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;Yenilisi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Bir tabaga corba koyalim ve bol limon sikalim. Cok kati hale gelmesini istemedim. Bunun ayarlamasini herkes gönlüne göre yapar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:130%;color:#666666;"&gt;Son 10 dakikasinda bir miktar tuz attim. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:130%;color:#666666;"&gt;En son olarak; Havuclarin üzerine siraladim. Biraz tuz attim, biraz su döktüm. Iri iri dogradim. Yanina isterseniz köfte yapin ister sadece ekmekle yetinin. Ben yanina Foccacia (fotografini cekememistim, bir dahaki sefere hem tarifini hem fotografini eklerim) diye bir Italyan ekmegi var. Ondan pisirdim, bu yemekle yedik. Aslinda bu yemegi daha cok serin havalarda yapiyorum, ama arada bir böyle sicaklarda yaptigim da oluyor. Niye olmasinki? Bir alternatif. Asil sebebi ise gecenlerde yani aslinda epey oluyor, asure yapmistim. Nohutu ve kuru fasulyeyi fazla fazla islatip haslamisim. Iste olay burada basliyor. Bu fazlaliklari birlikte buzluga atmistim. Ne yapsam diye düsünürken, buzlukta bu paketle karsilastim. Hemen pisti nede olsa zaten haslanmislardi. Tarifi de bilinen bir tarif. Ne pisirsem? diye düsünenler icin yazilmis bir tariftir. Birde yegenim Yasemin icin. "Teyze kuru fasulyeyi nasil yapiyorduk ? " diye sorup duruyordu. Bu tarifte zaten kuru tarifi gibi nerdeyse........&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Malzemeler&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1,5 su bardagi haslanmis nohut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1,5 su bardagi haslanmis kuru fasulye&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 adet havuc. 1 büyük kuru sogan, 1/2 cay bardagi sivi yag, 1-2 yesil sivri biber&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1 yemek kasigi domates, 1 yemek kasigi aci biber salcasi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;tuz, maydonoz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Yapilisi&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Tencereye yagi dökelim, sogani minik minik dograyalim. Azicik kavuralim, salcasinida koyalim. Bir iki böyle cevirelim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Biberleri ve havucu ince ince dograyip bu karisima koyalim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Nohutu ve fasulyeyide ekleyelim. Bu malzemelerin zaten kendi sulari  var ise su eklemeyelim. Kivamina göre ilave edersiniz. Sosu icin: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;1/2 kg süzme yogurt, tuz, maydonoz &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Yapilisi:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Patatesler yeni ürün oldugu icin kabuklari ince ve taze. (patatesleri kabuklari ile yemek gerekiyor aslinda) Patateslerin kabuklarini iyice yikariz. Kötü, ezik kisimlarini bicakla temizleriz. Isterseniz yanmaz bir firin tenceresine ama en iyisi toprak tencereye patatesleri siralayin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Patateslerin üzerine sürmek icin sos malzemelerini bir minik kapta karistiririz. Patateslerin üzerine bir firca yardimiyla süreriz. Firinin en altina tenceremizi süreriz. 1- 1,5 saat kadar 200 derecede patatesleri bir kez ters düz ederek pisiririz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Sos:&lt;br /&gt;Yogurdu tuz ile bir miktar su ile cirpiyoruz. Homojen bir kivma gelince icine incecik ve az miktarda maydonoz dogruyoruz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Patatesleri servis yaparken yanina bu yogurtlu karisimi da muhakkak öneriyorum. Aslinda bu karisimi ben "quark" ve "creame freiche" ile yapiyorum. Sosu icin kücük bir tencereye yagi koyun, sogani irice dograyin azicik kavurun. Domatesleri ekleyin, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;sarimsaklari irice dograyin ve kalan baharatlarida bu karisima ekledikten sonra bir 10 dakika pismeye birakin. Pistikten sonra karistirici ile sosu ezin. Isterseniz servis kabina makarnayi alin ve sosu üzerine dökün.
